Life Balance Psychotherapy

Compassionate Telehealth Therapy for Adults and Couples in New York

Welcome! I am so glad you’re here.

I created Life Balance Psychotherapy as a space where adults can explore life’s challenges without fear of judgment or pressure to "have it all together”. This is a place for honesty, growth, and real conversations—whether you're unpacking old wounds or trying to make sense of your current struggles.

With warmth, compassion, and a little bit of humor, I’ll meet you exactly where you are.

I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating:

  • The lasting impact of childhood trauma and emotionally unavailable parents

  • Healing the inner child and building self-worth from within

  • Repeating relationship patterns and unresolved conflict

  • Major life transitions, identity shifts, or feeling stuck in place

  • Challenges with gambling, alcohol or substance use—past or present

  • The overwhelming pressure of trying to hold it all together

I believe healing doesn’t happen through perfection—it happens through showing up, being honest, and doing the work in a safe, supportive space.

Heal the Past. Change the Future.

Why “Life Balance”?

The name Life Balance Psychotherapy came from something I believe deeply: that we all deserve a life where there’s room for both our “have-tos” and our “want-tos.”

So many of us are stuck in survival mode—checking boxes, meeting deadlines, dealing with toxic work environments, caring for others—while pushing our own joy, rest, and needs to the side. Therapy is a space to pause and ask: What do I actually want? What would it look like to feel more grounded, more fulfilled, more free?

It’s about creating balance between responsibility and rest, pressure and peace, doing and just being.

Because a meaningful life isn’t one without struggle—it’s one where there’s room for both structure and softness.

And you deserve both.

This is your space. Let’s begin.
